History
of Rolex
Rolex
is a Swiss Luxury Watchmaker Founded by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred
Davis in London in 1905. In 1908 Wilsdorf Registered the trademark
“Rolex” and opened office in Switzerland. The company name
“Rolex” was registered on 15th November 1915. In 1919
Wilsdorf left England and company was moved to Geneva, Switzerland
and was named “Rolex Watch Company”.
